• Respect Platform Safeguards: Avoid attempting to bypass or undermine the Platform's moderation mechanisms.

5. Content Moderation and Privacy

The Platform employs real-time monitoring and review mechanisms to detect and manage prohibited content, balancing safety with user privacy. Only content flagged as potentially violating will be reviewed by automated systems or human moderators, with safeguards in place to protect non-violating user data.

6. Enforcement Actions

The Platform may take the following measures against detected violations:

• User Warnings: Notify users of violations and provide compliance guidance.
• Feature Limitations: Restrict access to functionalities such as posting or messaging based on violation severity.

7. Legal Liability and Indemnification

Users bear full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their content. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any losses or claims resulting from their content or use of the Platform.

The Platform may revise this Content Policy at any time to align with evolving legal requirements or business needs. Updates will be posted on the Platform's website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of applicable jurisdictions and adheres to internationally recognized content standards.

User Accountability: Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with any applicable local laws. This agreement constitutes the complete Content Policy between users and the Platform, superseding any prior policies or guidelines on this subject. The Platform reserves the right to interpret these terms.
