1.2 Subscription

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer certain services exclusively to paid subscribers. Subscriptions commence after the initial payment, which shall be made via the method and amount specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes (if legally required) associated with the transaction. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or liabilities arising from your actions if you subscribe to services through websites not instructed or endorsed by us.

1.3 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The outputs generated by the AI Bots provided on the Website are not human-generated. By using the Website, you acknowledge that the responses you receive are AI-generated and not human-generated, and Al DOL assumes no responsibility for AI-generated responses to user requests. No representations, statements, warranties, or guarantees are made regarding their accuracy or correctness. You should evaluate any outputs you obtain. The outputs you receive depend on the triggers you provide. You agree that under no circumstances shall Al DOL be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any content. If users notice such responses, they may notify us at [support@ai-dol.ai], and we will thoroughly review the appeal and make necessary modifications to the chatbot as appropriate (if possible).

2. Legal Capacity

You understand and warrant that:

  • If you are entering into these TOS on behalf of another person, you are formally authorized by that person to enter into these TOS, which shall be binding on both you and that person (the term "you" as used in these TOS refers to both);
  • You have reached the legal age to enter into a binding contract with us;
  • If you have not reached the legal age, you shall access or use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who consents to be bound by these terms and complies with local laws and regulations;
  • You are not a person prohibited by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) or other applicable jurisdictions from subscribing to, using, or accessing the Website.

3. Content

3.1 We retain and reserve all rights, ownership, and interests (including all intellectual property rights) in the Website and the technologies, systems, and software used to provide the services. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these TOS. You retain all intellectual property rights in the materials and content you upload, which will be modified or processed through the Website, as well as in the generated content.

3.2 You hereby grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to use any content uploaded to the Website to enable the functionalities available on the Website. You may also choose to publicly upload content for use by other users. You shall be the sole owner of the uploaded content and materials or possess all necessary rights and licenses to use them.

You warrant that the creation, modification, or any other use of uploaded content and materials will not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, data privacy rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

  • Content that constitutes, encourages, or provides instructions for a criminal offense, infringes any party's rights, or otherwise creates liability or violates any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Content that may infringe any third party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
  • Content containing unsolicited promotions, political campaigns, advertisements, or solicitations;
  • Content containing any private or personal information of a third party without their consent;
  • Content that may harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, soliciting personally identifiable information, or otherwise;
  • Content containing viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files or content designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the application;
  • Content containing any information or material you are not legally entitled to disclose under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship; or
  • Content that we, in our sole judgment, deem offensive or that restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying our services, or may expose us or others to harm or liability of any kind.

5. Infringement Claims
